A small school bus collided with a car, then jumped a curb and hit a metal fence in Brooklyn, NY during the early morning hours of Thursday, September 20, 2012, local officials have reported.
The motor vehicle accident occurred outside Fisherman’s Cove restaurant in the Flatbush neighborhood at around 6:15 AM.
The force of the impact of the bus knocked down a portion of the 5-foot-tall metal fence into which the bus crashed.
Three adults were taken to area hospitals to be treated for personal injuries sustained in the crash.
It was not immediately clear who the three adults were or how they were injured, and no additional details have been released yet on the cause of the accident.
Luckily, no children were on board the bus at the time of the accident.
