He struck an SUV carrying 46-year-old Raul Alfonzo. There was no evidence that Toro made any attempt to brake before causing the deadly crash. His Lamborghini flew more than 100 yards in the air. His passenger, Dr. Malcolm Lloyd was killed in the crash.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toro\u2019s blood alcohol level was recorded at 0.173, more than twice the legal limit.<\/strong> In addition to facing the civil lawsuit, Toro is facing more than 21 years in prison if convicted of vehicular homicide, DUI manslaughter and DUI with serious bodily injury.<\/p>\n<p>Car accidents can have deadly consequences.
