Then, the vehicle crashed into the lobby of the university\u2019s Academic IV building.<\/p>\n<p>Three of the students in the car, Blanca Espinal, 19, Eric Torres, 22, and Alfonso Mata, 20, died at the scene of the auto crash. One student, 23 year-old Thomas Roling, survived the car accident, and was rushed by ambulance to the emergency room at the Huntsville Memorial Hospital. Roling was later transferred to the St. Joseph Medical Center, where he remains a patient. Doctors at St. Joseph are optimistic about Roling\u2019s condition and his chances\u00a0for a complete recovery.<\/p>\n<p>Huntsville Police officials are investigating the fatal car accident and are refusing to speculate as to possible causes of the single-car auto crash.
