Rodriguez was off duty at the time of the auto crash. The driver of the other motor vehicle involved in the <a href=\"http:\/\/boston-caraccidentlawyer.com\">car accident<\/a> suffered a personal injury caused by a deployed airbag.<\/p>\n<p>The police chief was suspended without pay for the day of Monday, November 18, 2013. Chief Rodriguez will also have to undergo a comprehensive defensive driving course in order to comply with the internal disciplinary order.<\/p>\n<p>Rodriguez stated that he accepts his punishment and apologized to the driver of the other vehicle.
