Witnesses report seeing the male driver of the SUV talking on his cell phone, as his motor vehicle approached the intersection at frightening speed. In the resulting crash, six cars were damaged and six people have been hospitalized. Six other individuals, including three children and a pregnant woman, died. The wrongful deaths\u00a0occurred either on the scene or en route to the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Lodi Police are currently investigating the circumstances of this tragic auto accident. An accident reconstruction team is attempting to establish the exact details of the crash. The driver of the SUV is currently hospitalized and has not been arrested.
