She was treated by paramedics at the scene of the <em><strong>auto crash<\/strong><\/em>, before being taken to a nearby hospital for a magnetic resonance imaging scan.<\/p>\n<p>Kerr has suffered some back injuries and whiplash as a result of the <em><strong>motor vehicle accident<\/strong><\/em>. Doctors do not consider Kerr\u2019s <em><strong>personal injuries<\/strong><\/em> to be particularly serious, but Kerr has worn a cervical collar (neck brace) since leaving the hospital. The neck brace is an orthopedic device that keeps the neck stable to allow neck injuries to heal and to prevent further damage.<\/p>\n<p>The driver of the car that rear-ended Kerr\u2019s vehicle has been arrested by the local police for reckless driving.
