During the course of the wrongful death auto accident, Pandya struck a Mercedes SGL320 driven by Charles Winter. Winter\u2019s vehicle overturned onto the eastbound shoulder.<\/p>\n<p>Winter suffered only minor personal injuries. Lehr was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traffic was stalled for several hours following the wrongful death motor vehicle collision.
