Pedestrian Struck by Car in Ayer, MA in Critical Condition.

Boston, MA Car Accident LawyersDaniel Dodge, a 43 year-old man, was crossing a road in Ayer, MA when a car being driven by a 20-year-old woman hit him.  Dodge was crossing West Main Street when the woman, also an Ayer resident, was traveling westbound and struck him.  A witness inside a pizza shop at the time of the car accident stated that when he heard the tires screeching, he ran to the window and saw the victim go up in the air, hit the windshield and then land on the ground.  Dodge was in critical condition at the Brigham and Woman’s Hospital after the car accident, suffering from life-threatening injuries.  On January 4th, a teenager was struck by two passing motor vehicles at the same location while he was being chased by two other Ayer teens who allegedly robbed him of money to buy drugs.  The driver in the most recent Ayer accident has not yet been charged and the investigation is still in progress.
