Nine people have been reported missing, and 20 others have been rescued, after the Glace River in Haiti swept a truck away. The truck was carrying 28 passengers, and the driver, when the driver attempted to cross the river in the truck.
The Glace River’s waters had risen, however, and the truck was swept away. The rescued passengers have reported that they warned the driver not to attempt to cross the river. Emergency teams are still searching the area for other survivors of the truck accident.
