As a driver, you are responsible for not only the safety of yourself and the other passengers in your car, but also for the other drivers on the road. This means that you need to be paying full attention to the road and other motor vehicles and avoid using any electronic devices that can cause you to become distracted. If you aren’t paying full attention, and something begins to go wrong, you can very easily be the cause of an auto accident. If you become a victim of a Massachusetts car accident, the personal injury attorneys here at the Law Offices of Gilbert R. Hoy, Jr. and Affiliates will be able to help guide you through the inherently difficult process of these cases.
